British American Household Staffing was founded to provide household staffing solutions. We offer an efficient and discreet service by gaining a thorough understanding of client’s staffing or childcare needs and meeting those needs with rigorously interviewed and screened candidates. Our ambition is to facilitate placements that result in client contentment and candidates that can look forward to long-term job satisfaction. For peace of mind we are licensed as a recruiter by the DCA and are bonded.
We make the placement process as efficient as possible for clients and candidates. The aim is to achieve a result that leaves the client content and candidate happy and satisfied in their new role. To achieve this, we invest time in fully understanding a client’s needs and a candidate’s experience and career aspirations. This is supplemented by rigorous background checking of candidates prior to either job trials or a full placement commencing.
What to Expect
Our service aims to establish in great detail the exact nature of a client’s household staffing needs and to verify the integrity and motivation of each candidate that we propose to fill such a need.
By carrying out both of the above very thoroughly, we make the process of finding the ideal candidate as time efficient as possible. Confidentiality and discretion are part and parcel of the process. The candidates which will be proposed to clients are sourced not only from our pre-existing pool of talent but also those recruited specifically for a mandate at the point when we take the search on board.
Household staffing
We provide experienced, qualified, and formally trained household staff including nannies, governesses, maternity nurses, butlers, personal assistants, housekeepers, private chefs, household and estate managers, and chauffeurs.
All potential candidates are carefully interviewed and vetted by the BAHS staff to ensure we are in a position to offer clients the best.
newborn care
Find the right support for your growing family with a maternity nurse, newborn care specialist, or baby nurse. Each can assist with the full spectrum of newborn care and may be certified in areas including but not limited to: breastfeeding, exploring alternate feeding methods, sleep training, bonding, lactation, psychological development, and more.
